Weekend Retreat

Every year our group,Club Quilt Narromine, organise a week end away at The Cottage on the Hill at Nundle NSW. It takes approx 4 hours travel, so we leave early,7.30am, to start our adventure. Nundle is a very small town nestled in hills near Tamworth. Kerry Swain owns this amazing shop just outside town. She lives on a property which raises cattle and has a converted barn which is where she conducts her patchwork shop and holds classes.We leave tomorrow!!!!! Wedding present

I made this quilt for Karen to celebrate her marriage to Scott a couple of years ago. She has a friend who would like me to make her a quilt. I couldn't remember what I had made for Karen so she brought it to me to have a look at. More scraps!

Quilting Sunday

I have just returned home after a happy day spent sewing with our group.The company was great and I'm sure everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.I am trying to get some photos on this blog, hopefully I will succeed today. Dale
