Coil Bag

Went to a workshop at Peak Hill yesterday run by Kerry Swane Cottage On The Hill and produced this coil bag. Once you have done the ironing it is fun to make. Thanks Peg for taking me there and Kerry K and Cath J for their company.

I am knitting my 5 grandsons a pair of fuzzy slippers for Easter. Here is the first pair.

My Garden Quilt by Lynnette Anderson

Whilst we were at GDITC last weekend I realised I had a kit for Lynnettes My Garden quilt. I decided that I should make it for show and tell next year so here is my first block. I used the new tools for the needle turn applique, I need to practice. Peg has the same kit,  she has already done some blocks so I need to catch up.

Feb 2013 saw devastating fires at Coonabarabran, Chookyblue organised a quilt  drive here are 3 I made and donated
